5. Consent, Tracking, and Your Choices
iOS and App Tracking Transparency
On iOS and iPadOS, we request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework where required before tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies or accessing the device’s advertising identifier for tracking purposes.
You can change your tracking choices at any time in your device settings.
Android Advertising ID
On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID through your device settings. If you delete your advertising ID, apps and third-party SDKs may receive a string of zeros or may not be able to access the identifier.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we may display a consent message for advertising and analytics where required. You may be able to manage or withdraw your consent through the privacy options shown in the app.
Website cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some website features may not function properly.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable laws require a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent, such as for personalized advertising or certain analytics where required
- Performance of a contract, such as providing and maintaining the Services
- Legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and responding to inquiries
- Compliance with legal obligations
7. Sharing of Information
We may share or disclose information in the following circumstances:

- To comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests
- To detect, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, technical issues, invalid traffic, or policy violations
- To protect the rights, property, and safety of users, Ultimate Studio, and third parties
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar event, where legally permitted
We do not sell personal contact information, such as email addresses obtained through user inquiries. However, some advertising or analytics activities involving third-party advertising identifiers may be considered “sharing,” “sale,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. You can use the choices described in this Privacy Policy and in your device settings to limit such processing where available.
8. International Data Transfers
Because our Services are available worldwide, information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. These countries or regions may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we take appropriate steps to protect information in accordance with applicable laws and this Privacy Policy.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Information collected by third-party advertising, mediation, and analytics providers is retained according to their own policies and settings.
Inquiry information may be retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry, handle follow-up questions, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information that we control. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable laws and reasonable technical limitations.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our mobile apps are not specifically directed to children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. Some app store age ratings may indicate that an app is suitable for a broad audience, but such ratings do not necessarily mean that the app is specifically directed to children.
We do not knowingly request names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other direct contact information from children under the age of 13 without required parental consent. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information through an inquiry or other direct communication, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Where a particular app is designated as child-directed or includes children in its target audience under applicable platform settings or laws, we will take steps required by applicable laws and platform policies, such as using appropriate advertising settings and limiting data collection where required.
12. In-App Purchases
Our apps are primarily supported by advertising. If in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered in a particular app, payments will be processed by the applicable platform provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers or payment card information.
If our data practices materially change due to the introduction of in-app purchases, subscriptions, accounts, or other new features, we will update this Privacy Policy and the relevant app store disclosures where necessary.
13. Links to Other Websites and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, social media pages, advertisements, or other services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party services. Please review the privacy policies of those third parties.
14. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your information.
To exercise rights regarding information that we control, please contact us using the contact information below. For information processed by third-party advertising, mediation, analytics, or platform providers, you may also need to contact those providers directly or use the privacy controls they provide.
